DIY Kit - Bruschetta with Fresh Mozzarella

Bruschetta, pronounced as (bru-sketta in Italian) is a popular appetizer in Italy. A exceptional bruschetta must be made from all fresh ingredients and extra virgin olive oil. We are proud to offer you exactly that, hope you enjoy this creation with your family.
This is what the package will include:

• Freshly made sourdough bread made with extra virgin olive oil, an Italian classic (about 200 grams)
• Fresh mozzarella made from organic Gir cow milk (80-100 grams)
• Organic microgreens harvested on the day of delivery for topping
• Two more organic toping freshly harvested from our farm
• Seasoning including oregano, parsley, thyme, dried peppers, dried garlic, pink salt, etc.

*Please note: If any of the toppings shown in the picture are not available in our farm, we will replace them with what is available fresh (e.g., cherry tomatoes may be replaced with bell peppers). We welcome you to experiment with toppings available at your home.
