Milk kefir is a creamy, tangy fermented drink rich in probiotics, protein, calcium, and B vitamins. Unlike curds or dahi, which contain only a few bacterial strains, kefir is fermented with a complex culture of over 30 strains of bacteria and yeast — making it one of the most probiotic-rich foods on earth. At Satva Farm, our kefir is made fresh in small batches from our own farm dairy milk and live kefir grains, with naturally flavoured varieties using real organic fruits. No added sugar, no artificial ingredients — just pure, gut-friendly goodness.
