The batter is naturally fermented over time, and we do not use any baking soda or artificial ingredients. This batter is made hygienically using the highest quality equipment.

Barnyard Millet
Foxtail Millet
Moringa
Urad Dal
Malnad Red Rice
Channa Dal
Toor Dal
Poha
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
Purified Water

As we do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives, we recommend that you refrigerate the batter as soon as you receive it. When refrigerated, the batter will last for 6-7 days.
