Naturally fizzy through fermentation

Satva Fizzy gets its sparkle from fermentation, not added carbonation. We feed a live ginger-bug culture with natural cane sugar; the culture consumes part of that sugar and creates the soda's lively natural fizz. Fresh fruit juices and pulp, herb infusions and roselle hibiscus bring the flavour.
