Naturally fizzy through fermentation

Satva Fizzy gets its sparkle from fermentation, not added carbonation. We feed a live ginger-bug culture with natural cane sugar; as it works, the culture consumes part of that sugar and creates the soda's lively natural fizz. Fresh fruit juices and pulp, fragrant herb infusions and roselle hibiscus bring the flavour.
